Fresh salsa is so much better than anything you will purchase pre-made. It takes just minutes to make and is so worth it! It tastes great with baked tortilla chips, on top of a baked potato or omelet, with cottage cheese, or just on a spoon! YUM!
It is high in flavor, antioxidants, lycopene, vitamins A & C, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and low in calories and nonfat. Dig in!
